A biopharmaceutical company sought to develop a highly interactive experience for their disease state awareness exhibit. Their primary objectives included booth traffic builders, flow dynamics, multiple interactive educational experiences, immersive content and post-show analytics.

Our Solution

A dynamic experience was developed using RFID and immersive content to draw physicians into their exhibits using a variety of strategies and technologies.

In the disease state awareness exhibit seen at major medical conventions, StudioPMG created three unique, multi-sensory stations to engage healthcare professionals intellectually and creatively. Each activity offered opportunities for physicians to interact with new discoveries about the disease and to display their expertise, while providing our client with valuable demographic information on their target audience.

  • Group Challenge — a competitive trivia game, where healthcare professionals tested their knowledge of the pathophysiology of the disease against one another.
  • Pathophysiology Experience — a fully interactive, four-part exploration of the pathophysiology story. This activity was comprised of a tunnel with two, 10 ft screens utilized to deliver 3–D content to physicians as they interacted with information and responded to survey questions.
  • Interactive Kiosks — Various touchscreen kiosks were placed throughout the exhibit to deliver content on disease state awareness for attendees to interact.

Results

This biopharmaceutical company achieved record-breaking attendance at their exhibits and succeeded in delivering key messages to their target audience. Technology within the exhibits allowed them to focus on their specific demographic, while improving brand awareness and creating experiences that stood out among competing exhibitors.
